INVENTORY CONTROL:**

One of the key elements that have allowed EDC to become a leading service provider is its superior technology. An example of this is our Inventory Management System. Through our barcode scanning technology we can provide you with real-time, web-based information on your inventory. The status of any item or order is just a finger touch away via the Internet. In addition, this technology enables us to accurately manage your inventory while it's in our facility.

MERGE IN TRANSIT:**

With our inventory management system, barcode scanning technology and trained management, EDC can handle your merge-in-transit deliveries or projects. Once the product has been received in our warehouse from your multi-vendor suppliers their every movement will be tracked through the delivery process and POD scan. This information is available to you via our website or a website set up specifically for your use.

PICK & PACK:

Pick & Pack services entail taking ordered goods out of stock and packing them so they can be effectively shipped to the end customer. EDC Moving Systems offers a variety of flexible order fulfillment options including:

breaking down pallets of cases for shipment of individual cases
picking individual items (packs or inner packs) from cases for order fulfillment
building new cartons, packs, or pallets to fulfill customized orders and meet customer requirements

WAREHOUSING & STORAGE:

Storage There are times when products aren't always able to move directly from point A to point B – or when customers need the flexibility and value-added services that only distribution centers can provide.
EDC operates four (4) facilities throughout Texas. We have locations in Houston, Austin, San Antonio, and Dallas, expressly for this purpose – all run by some of the most experienced Managers in the business. In addition, we offer a wide variety of capabilities within these facilities, including:

Our flexibility and ability to customize the transport of your specialty shipments is what makes EDC your one-stop shop when shipping high-value inventory.

We offer plenty of options when moving your high-value shipment such as arranging for storage, unpacking, inside delivery, placement and removal of packing materials. Our Warehousing and Distribution Service, when coupled with our installation and relocation services, provide a seamless method for maintaining and deploying your assets. EQUIPMENT:

All of our Warehouses are equipped to handle any requirement. Just a few of the items are: carts, conveyors, docks plates, pallet jacks, racks /bins and skids. EDC uses mostly electric and natural gas forklifts. Our warehouses are kept in proper order and maintain the highest safety standard and all Safety equipment inspected on a regular basis.

SPRINKLER SYSTEMS/SECURITY MONITORING:

Fire and Burglary Protection Systems protect all storage facilities of EDC. Our facilities are protected 24 hours a day and are connected directly to local police and fire departments, and are also equipped with an insurance approved sprinkler system.

TRACKING OF ASSETS ON-LINE:**

With our Inventory WEB base Inventory systems, you can access, monitor, and review your inventory from any web browser... from the office, from home, from your laptop! Check stock levels, order replacement inventory, monitor distributions, print reports and much more! With our systems nothing is installed on your local computer, just go to our web site.

BREAK BULK SERVICES:

Some of the product that arrives at EDC’s facility requires break bulk service. This process involves separating the product by order, palletizing the order, shrink wrapping each pallet and locating the order in our warehouse. During this process quality control steps are taken to ensure that your product is damage-free. You are provided with a load feedback report describing the condition of your inbound product.

For a more accurate results and real-time tracking, EDC can barcode scan your product from the break bulk process through the final delivery.
