EDC Moving Systems is pleased to announce Debbie McKinley has joined the EDC Moving Systems as the Administrative Manager of the Houston office. Debbie brings her 26 years knowledge of the moving industry to EDC. She began her moving career in the accounting department of a major van line agency in the Houston market. Over the years she worked in every department of the company, moving her way up the ladder to General Manager. She stresses to her employees that “Knowledge is Power” and prides herself in her ability to train anyone to be the best employee they can be. Before joining the EDC Team two of her former Customer Service Coordinators won 1st place and honorable mention for Quality service by a major customer. Debbie says “My philosophy is to help my employees by making their job easier, because I am always looking for the most proficient way to do something.”
She is chairman of GHMA (Greater Houston Movers Association), She was has been chosen Mover of the Year, three times. She is currently chairman of SMA (Southwest Movers Association) and working very diligently to enhance the image of the association and growing the membership.
Debbie loves to play the piano and sing. She and husband Bruce have 4 children and 8 grandchildren.
