Jim Harris, General Manager of the Dallas facility has been an employee of EDC Moving Systems for over nineteen (19) years and has successfully managed four of its facilities. In addition, Jim has over thirty (30) years of experience in the transportation industry as GM, operations manager, sales, and office relocations management. Jim offers expertise in the transportation industry with specific knowledge of Office & Industrial Relocation, Home Delivery, Household Relocation and Logistics.

In 2005 Jim had the prestigious honor of being nominated and then serving on the AMSA sponsored Profit Enhancement Group (PEG). The Profit Enhancement Group provides essential information for business growth through participation in a directed critique process.

Jim enjoys working to help others through his local church and local charities. Jim and his wife Gayla have been married for 28 years and have 2 children. In his free time Jim enjoys golf, fishing, the Dallas Cowboys, and family vacations.
